The Foundations Workshop
A 90-Minute Introduction to Wellness and Resilience for Students
This session introduces students to the essentials of nervous system regulation, trauma healing, and stress management. Through interactive lecture and exercises, students gain practical tools for navigating personal and academic challenges.

The Well Student Body
Half-Day Workshop for a Deeper Dive into Student Wellness
This experience expands on the Foundations Workshop with an additional 90-minute group coaching session. Here, students engage more deeply with personal resilience practices and learn skills for forming healthier social connections and managing academic pressures with confidence.

The Empowerment Summit
A Full-Day Dual Workshop for Students and Faculty/Staff
This package includes a morning wellness workshop for faculty and staff, followed by an afternoon workshop and guided somatic meditation experience for students. Faculty and staff gain insights into trauma-informed support, practical burnout prevention, and tools for campus-wide resilience.
